How to clean your heart

Heart is like a glass eye. If we use a clear glass eyes, what we see will appear as it is. The white will be clear white, light brown to clear the original color. But if we use the sunglasses, what we see will not fit the original. The white will look younger and gray-brown color will be dark brown. Likewise, liver, heart clear if we view the reality of what they are, whereas if our hearts are dirty or black, we're going to see reality as it is not true. Therefore, noble or not a person is not viewed from the outward appearance but the inner or her performance. ان الله لاينظر إلى صوركم وأموالكم ولكن ينظر إلى قلوبكم وأعمالكم (اخرجه مسلم) "Verily, Allah does not see a way and treasure-hata ye but see hearts and your deeds." (Muslim).
Al-Qurtubi said, "It's a great word containing the understanding diperbolehkankannya not be hasty in judging good or bad just because someone saw a picture of the outward act or acts of devout deviations. It is likely behind the outwardly pious work, it turns out in his heart saved the nature or bad intentions that led to his actions illegitimate and wrath of God Almighty. Conversely, there is also the possibility of someone who looks careless in his actions or even a sinner, was in his heart there is therefore merit God Almighty. forgave him.
Verily deeds were born it was just a sign of dhanniyyah (expected) non qath'iyyah (definite evidence). It is therefore not allowed in a flattering exaggeration we see someone who diligently carry out good works, as it is not allowed a Muslim is also outraged that we pergoki bad or immoral acts. Similarly, Imam Qurtubi explains in his commentary. Messenger of Allah. said in another report,
عن عليى بن أبى طالب رضيى الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: ما من القلوب قلب إلا وله سحابة كسحابة القمر, بينما القمر مضئى إذ علته سحابة فأظلم, إذ تجلت عنه فأضاء (البخارى ومسلم)
"Ali bin Abi Talib r.a. reported that the Messenger of Allah. He said: "There is no one else but the heart has a cloud like the cloud covered the moon. Though the moon shine, but because his heart was closed by the cloud, it became dark. When the cloud away, he went back to shine. "(HRBukhari and Muslim)
This hadith gives a very beautiful illustrations. The human heart is really clean or shine, but rather covered by clouds kemaksitan until light becomes invisible. Therefore, we must try to remove the cloud covering the light of our hearts. How do I?
1. Self Introspection Introspection in Arabic called Muhasabatun Nafsi, it means identifying what our liver disease. Everyone will know what exactly is heart disease (heart) who suffered it. ياأيها الذين ءامنوا اتقوا الله ولتنظر نفس ماقدمت لغد واتقوا الله. إن الله خبير بما تعملون الحشر {18:59} "O ye who believe, fear Allah and let every soul consider what he has done for tomorrow (the Hereafter), and fear Allah, Verily Allah is Informed of what ye do." (QSAl-Hasyr 59: 18 )
2. Self Improvement Self-improvement in popular language is called repentance. This is a follow-up of introspection. When do self-introspection, we will find ourselves shortcomings or weaknesses. Well, these shortcomings should we improve gradually. What a loss if we're just good at identifying weaknesses but do not fix it.
يآأيها الذين ءامنوا توبوا إلى الله توبة نصوحا عسى ربكم أن يكفر عنكم سيئاتكم ويدخلكم جنت تجرى من تحتها الأنهار ....{ التحريم 8:66}
"O ye who believe! Bertaubatlah to Allah with sincere repentance pure, hopefully, your Lord will erase your mistakes and memasukkah you to Gardens beneath which flow rivers, .." (QSAt-Tahrim 66:8)
3. Tadabbur Qur'an Tadabbur Qur'an means to examine the contents of the Qur'an, then to live and practice it. Heart is like a plant that must be cared for and nurtured. Well, among the fertilizer tadabbur heart is the Qur'an. Allah mentions those who do not want mentadabburi Qur'an as the person who closed his heart. That is, if you want to open our hearts and shine, then tadabburi Qur'an.
أفلا يتدبرن القرآن ام على قلوب أقفالها محمد {24:47}
"Why do not they tadabbur (consider) the Qur'an, or are their hearts locked or closed." (QSMuhammad 47: 24)
4. Maintaining Continuity of Amal Saleh Good deeds are any words or deeds that Allah loves and diridoi. If we want to have a clear heart, keep the continuity of good deeds is charity however small. For example, if we like rawatib, kept busy doing nothing, when we used to go to the panel study groups, although the work we do continues to accumulate. Messenger of Allah said,
... اعملوا على ماتطيقون فإن الله لايمل حتى تمل وان احب الاعمال الى الله ادومها وان قل} {رواه البخارى
"... Beramallah as hard as you can, because God will not get bored before you get bored, and actually the most beloved charity of God is a continuous charity (continuous), although slightly." (H. R. Bukhari)
5. Filling Time with Recitation Dhikr means to remember or recall. Dzikrullah means always remembering Allah. In terms of shape, there are two kinds of remembrance. First, Oral recitation, meaning remembrance of Allah by saying the remarks of remembrance such as Subhannallah, Alhamdulillah, Allahu Akbar, La ilaha illa, etc.. Second, Recitation Amali, meaning remembrance (remember) to God in the form of application of the teachings of Allah. in life. For example, honesty in business, diligently at work, etc.. Hearts will be clear that life is always filled with oral remembrance and Amali.
يآأيها الذين ءامنوا اذكروا الله ذكرا كثيرا. وسبحواه بكرة واصيلا {الاحزاب 33: 41-42}
"O ye who believe! Berzikirlah (with the name of) God, remembrance of as much as possible. And glorify Him in the morning and evening. "(QSAl-Ahzab 33: 41-42)
فاذكرونى أذكركم واشكروالى ولاتكفرون البقرة {152:2}
"Therefore, remember you told me, then I will remember (again) to you, and give thanks to Me, and do not deny (delicious)-Me." (Al-Baqarah 2: 152)
6. Mingle with the Men Saleh Environment would affect a person's behavior. Therefore, clarity is also closely related to liver who become our friends. If we are friends with people who are honest, trustworthy, obedient to the commands of God, diligent work, enthusiasm in learning, etc.., It is hoped we will be conditioned in the atmosphere (the atmosphere) goodness. Conversely, if we associate with vindictive, liar, traitor, would neglect the teachings of God, etc.., Feared we would be swept away such disobedience. Due to that, Allah swt .. reminded that we associate with godly people as stated in the following paragraph.
واصبر نفسك مع الذين يدعون ربهم بالغدواة والعشيى يريدون وجهه. ولاتعد عيناك عنهم تريد زينة الحيوة الدنيا ولاتطع من أغفلنا قلبه عن ذكرنا واتبع هواه وكان أمره فرطا {الكهف 18: 28}
"And you have patience with people who call on their Lord morning and evening, they expect keridoan Him, and do not palingkan both eyes because of their desire to live the world of jewelry. And do you follow a man whose heart We have neglected the recall of Us, followed desires, and is the state of bounds. "(Surat al-Kahf 18: 28)
7. Share the love with Fakir, Poor, and Orphans Share the love and happy with our brothers are indigent, poor, and orphans are a very effective way to achieve clarity heart, because by hanging out with them we will feel the suffering of others. Messenger of Allah. said:
عن أبى هريرة رضيى الله عنه: أن رجلا شكا إلى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قسوة قلبه فقال له: إن أردت تليين قلبك فأطعم المسكين وامسح رأس اليتيم (رواه احمد)
"Abu Hurairah r.a. told me, that someone reported to the Prophet. of aridity experienced liver. He saw. asserted, "If you want to soften (turn) your hearts, give poor people eat and care for orphans." (Reported by Ahmad).
8. Remembering the Dead The main human capital is the age. Age is the fuel for living life. Clearness liver is closely related to the realization that one day fuel our lives will manipis and finally discharged. This awareness will be the driver to always cleanse the liver of clouds blocking the light hearted disobedience. Messenger of Allah. recommends that often make a beeline to our hearts soft and translucent.
عن انس رضيى الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: كنت نهيتكم عن زيارة القبور فزوروها, فإنها ترق القلب وتدمع العين وتذكر الأخرة (رواه الحاكم)
"Anas r.a. said that the Messenger of Allah. said: "In the past, I forbid you ever made a pilgrimage to the grave. But now, berziarahlah, because he can soften hearts, shed tears, and reminiscent of the hereafter. "(HRHakim)
9. Attending Council Sciences Heart is like a plant, it must be cared for and nurtured. Among the liver is the science of fertilizer. Therefore, science will be attending the assembly purification media liver. Messenger of Allah. mentioned that Allah swt. will reduce the grace, peace and blessings on those who want to attend the assembly knowledge with sincerity.
لايقعد قوم يذكرون الله الا حفتهم الملائكة وغشيتهم الرحمة ونزلت عليهم السكينة وذكرهم الله فيمن عنده} {رواه مسلم
"No people who sit down to remember Allah, except malakikat will toward him, enveloped by the grace and serenity descended to them, and God will call on the set of (angels) who is on his side." (Muslim)
10. Pray to Allah swt. Allah swt. Supreme power to reverse one's heart flip. Because it is very logical if we are commanded to ask him kept away from the rotten heart and liver were given life and clear. According to Umm Salamah r.a,. prayer in public frequently ask for clarity when the Messenger of the heart is: Yes Muqallibal quluub, tsabbit qalbii 'alaa diinika (O that tossing and turning heart, my heart is holding on to religion ordain thy). Consider the following history,
عن شهر بن حوشب قال: قلت لأم سلمة, ياأم المؤمنين ماكان أكثر دعاء رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم إذا كان عندك? قالت: كان أكثر دعائه يامقلب القلوب, ثبت قلبى على دينك قالت: قلت: يارسول الله, ماأكثر دعائك يامقلب القلوب ثبت قلبى على دينك? قال: يا أم سلمة إنه ليس آدمي إلا وقلبه بين إصبعين من أصابع الله. فمن شاء أقام ومن شاء أزاغ (اخرجه احمد)
"Shahr bin Hausyab r.a. said that he once asked Umm Salamah, "O mother of the people who believe, pray what is always spoken of the Prophet. when your side? "He replied:" Benediction which many say is, 'Yes Muqallibal quluub, tsabbit qalbii' alaa diinika (O that tossing and turning the heart, ordain my heart on your religion). "" Umm Salamah continued, "I never ask too," O Messenger of Allah, how often you read the prayer: "Yes Muqallibal quluub, tsabbit qalbii 'alaa diinika." He replied: "O Umm Salamah, no human being except his heart lies between two fingers of God Yang Maha Rahman. So whoever He wills, He straighten, and whom He will, He let in error. "(HRAhmad and Tirmidhi. According to the hadeeth is hasan)

In addition to the above prayer, Ibn Abbas r.a. relates that when staying at the house of the Prophet., he never heard him utter the following prayer,
اللهم اجعل فى قلبى نورا وفى لسانى نورا واجعل فى سمعى نورا واجعل فى بصرى نورا واجعل من خلفى نورا ومن تحتى نورا اللهم أعطنى نورا (رواه مسلم)
"O Allah, make light in my heart, in my tongue light, on hearing of light, in my visions of light. Make a light behind me, in front of the light, the light above me, and from beneath me light. O Allah, give me light. "(H. R. Muslim)
In conclusion, the liver is the commander for all members of our bodies. If the heart is clear, our behavior would be wrong. But if our hearts are rotten, the whole Amaliah was rotten. There are ten ways that we have a pure heart, namely, self introspection, self-improvement, tadabbur Qur'an, maintaining the continuity of good works, to fill the time with a remembrance, along with the righteous ones, share the love with the poor and orphans, given dead, attended the council study groups, and pray to Allah swt. I hope God Almighty. always gives us a clear heart. Amiin. Allaah knows best.
