Any movement which exemplified prayer Prophet full of wisdom and benefit. Condition, all motion is done properly, tumaninah, well done istikamah.
One time
Prophet Muhammad was in Masjid Nabawi, Madinah. After prayers, he faced the friends to stay in touch and give tausiyah. Suddenly, a man entered the mosque and perform prayers quickly.
When finished, he immediately faced the Prophet Muhammad and say hello. The Apostle said to him, "My friends, you did not pray!"
How shocked people were to hear words of the Prophet Muhammad. He went back to the place of prayer and repeat the prayers. As before he was conducting prayers very quickly. Prophet smiled at the "style" prayer like that.
After performing prayers for the second time, he again came to the Prophet Muhammad. So close, he said to him, "My friends, please try again your prayers! You did not pray. "
Again the man was surprised. He feels has conducted prayers according to the rules. Still, he gladly obey the Prophet Muhammad. Of course, with the same style of prayer.
But like "normally", the Prophet Muhammad ordered him to repeat his prayer again. Confused, he said, "O Messenger of Allah, by Allah who has sent you with truth, I can not perform prayers better. Because of that, teach me! "
"My friends," said the Prophet Muhammad with a smile, "If you stand up to perform prayer, then bertakbirlah, and then read Al-Fatihah and a letter in Quran that you view the easiest. Then, calmly rukuklah (thuma'ninah), then get up until you stand up straight. After that, prostrate calmly, then get up until you sit quietly. Do it like that in every prayers. "
The story of Mahmud bin Rabi 'Al-Ansari, and Imam Bukhari narrated in his Saheeh, it suggests that prayer is not enough just to "correct" movement, but also to do with tumaninah, calm, and solemn.
Spiritual Kekhusukan will be difficult to achieve, if not solemn physical. In a sense done quickly and in a hurry. Because, by too fast, one can hardly appreciate each reading, grammar gestures become imperfect, and the fabric of communication with God becomes less than optimal. When this is done continuously, the function of prayer as a deterrent indecency and evil will lose their meaning. Therefore, it is reasonable when the Prophet Muhammad assume "not praying" people who do pray quickly (not tumaninah).
Wisdom prayer movement Before touching the meaning of extraordinary prayer readings, including the aspect of "spiritual though" that can be delivered peace of mind, or "fabric of communication" between the servants of the Lord, physically prayer also contains many wonders.
Any movement which exemplified prayer Prophet full of wisdom and beneficial to health. Condition, all motion is done properly, tumaninah and istikamah (consistently done).
imageDalam book Miracle Prayer Movement, Madyo Wratsongko MBA. reveal that the prayer movement to flex its nerve system and activate the body's sweat and heating systems. It also opened the door of oxygen to the brain, issued a negative electric charge of the body, delicate blood vessels used in the brain get high pressure, and opening the blood vessels inside the body (coronary arteries).
We can analyze the truth of the words of the Prophet Muhammad in a story in the beginning. "If you stand up to perform prayer, then bertakbirlah."
When Takbir Prophet raised his hands upward to align with shoulders (Bukhari from Abdullah ibn Umar). Takbir is done when they wanted to bow, and when it rose from the bow.
He also raised his hands when prostrate. What is the meaning? At the moment we lifted the hand parallel to the shoulder, then automatically we opened the chest, giving the flow of blood from the veins contained in the arm for the flow to the brain regulating the body's balance, open our eyes and ears, so that the balance of the body awake.
"Rukuklah calmly (tumaninah)." When the bow, the Prophet Muhammad put both hands on his knees (Bukhari of Sa'ad bin Abi Waqqash). What is the meaning? Performed by bowing calm and maximum flexibility to take care of the spine containing the spinal cord (the central nervous man) and its blood flow. Bow also can maintain the flexibility of the lever system is contained in pungggung sweat, hips, thighs and calves back. Similarly, neck bones, neck and nerve channel memory can be maintained flexibility with the bow. Memory neural flexibility can be maintained with a maximum lift his head with his eyes expecting to place of prostration.
"Then he got up until you stand up straight." What is the meaning? Standing from the raised hands, blood from the head will fall down, so that the base of the brain that regulate balance decreases blood pressure. It can maintain the body's nerves and useful balance to prevent a sudden collapse.
"After that, prostrate calmly." What is the meaning? If done correctly and long, prostrate to maximize blood flow and oxygen to the brain or head, including the eyes, ears, neck and shoulder, and heart. In this way effectively to dismantle the blockage of blood vessels in the heart, so the risk of coronary heart disease can be minimized.
"Then get up until you sit quietly." What is the meaning? How to sit in between the two prostrations to balance the electrical system and the nervous balance our bodies. In addition to maintaining flexibility in the nerve in the thigh, knee basin, basin calf, until your toes. Subhanallah!
There are still other prayer movements that would have a myriad virtues, including the primacy of ablution. All this shows that prayer is the most beautiful gift from God for faithful servants. Wallaahu knows best.
